Domestic roofing projects are vastly different from commercial sites and require hands on project management ,not by sub contactors but by the individual who has been contracted.
Companies that are large employ a lot of sub contactors to carry out commercial sites dont often transition well in dealing with family homes.

Meeting the challenges of Climate change

We are now acutely aware of the challenges ahead dealing with increased severe weather events.
Stuart Penrose Roofing has been introducing measures, far exceeding industry standards in preparation for this challenge and many other companies are now following his lead.
In 2005 Stuart launched Copper Ridge Systems, the first to offer a copper concept in roof moss removal, a system which is used nationwide. Read more at copperridges.com
Stuart began replacing traditional lead flashing with copper, lead has a high thermal movement problem that can cause splits and require replacing, with our temperatures exceeding records year on year and set to continue to rise ,Copper is the ideal solution.
Harvesting rainwater from the roof area will also become important in the near future, Copper does not poison our water, there is a very good reason mains water doesn’t not get feed from lead pipes!
