Current Project : Leitch Family Home: Belfast

Modernise all aspects of the roof performance while retaining the character and story of this charming family home,, set snuggly in the Stranmillis area of Belfast

Follow This Project Through Each Stage

These tiles, originally produced in Pottelberg, Belgium, date back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries

Before we start , stunning clay tiles

Tiles carefully removed, old underlay and battens have deteriorated

New high performance underlay allowing the roof to breathe and new heavy treated battens , Ryan our latest apprentice really starting to get his sea legs !
